For God ~ the Almighty Creator of the Universe
so loved ~ Adored, Cherished, Treasured
the world ~ us, sinners, His unfaithful creation
that he gave ~ turned over, relinquished, dispensed
His only Son, ~ His Child, His Beloved, Jesus
so that everyone ~ all, no exceptions, any person
who believes in Him ~ knows, trusts, has faith in
shall not perish ~ die, be destroyed, end
but have ~ accept, acquire, gain
everlasting ~ eternal, forever, undying
~ LIFE. ~
